Feedback about our service
To leave feedback for V Cars and our booking service, simply fill in the form on the right. Provide us with your name, contact information and the date and details of your journey and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can make a complaint yourself or on behalf of someone else. If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, we need to know that you have their permission to do so. We cannot disclose any personal information without written consent or a power of attorney document. You will be required to provide proof of identity for both parties.
Feedback about your driver
You may also wish to send feedback directly to your local Licencing Department for incidents related to your driver.
When contacting your local authority, remember to include:
- A photo/note of the driver number
- the vehicle registration number
- the license plate number
- the date, time, and where the incident happened.
