- Giant Easter Egg Hunt at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm (6th – 27th April)
First on the list is Noah’s Ark’s animal-themed Giant Easter Egg Hunt. 50 eggs have been hidden around the zoo, but will you be lucky enough to find a golden bonus egg? You could be in with the chance of winning an animal adoption or a Keeper Experience.
2. Big Bear Sculpture Trail at Wild Place (6th – 28th April)
Embark on a journey around the Wild Place Project to discover 20 Big Bear Sculptures alongside amazing species from around the world. For every four bear sculptures you find, you will be awarded a sticker!
3. Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt at Cheddar Gorge and Caves (6th – 22nd April)
The Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt is back at Cheddar Gorge & Caves this Easter. After a visit from the Easter Bunny, 50 glow in the dark eggs have miraculously appeared in different locations throughout the caves. Crack the mystery code the bunny has left behind to win a yummy treat!
4. SS Great Britain Fire & Iron Festival (12th -22nd April)
Spark the kids’ imaginations with the sights, sounds and smells of a working forge in a living Victorian Dockyard. Live demonstrations will be taking place showcasing the impressive Victorian crafting skills that were used to construct the SS Great Britain.
5. We the Curious – make a promise to the planet (6th – 27th April)
We the Curious are holding a host of Easter activities focussed on the positive actions we can take to tackle the challenges facing our planet. Activities including everything from investigating the air we breathe to the 3D Spring Stargazing show, which takes you on a trip around the night sky to get a unique view of our impact on the climate.
6. Celebrating 10 years of Bristol Aquarium (6th – 28th April)
This Easter Bristol Aquarium is celebrating their 10th birthday, and you’re invited to the party! There will be lots of interactive activities, tours and talks taking place throughout April to help you learn more about the extraordinary marine life at the aquarium.
